Fees for Service

Good Faith 
Estimate

  • 20-minute Initial Phone Consultation = Free

  • See EMDR Intensive Fees

  • This is our best advised estimate, but of course estimates may change depending upon the course of therapy and the changing needs for treatment.

EMDR 

Intensives

  • Daily rate = $1,000/day

  • A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your Intensive reservation

  • The remaining 50% will be paid on the first day of the Intensive.

EMDR Consultation for Clinicians

Consultation is provide to EMDR trained therapists for $200 per hour. Contact Kelly to schedule a time.

Humanitarian Partnerships

  • Daily rate = $1,000/day

  • Travel to and from location costs = $1,000/day

  • All expenses must be paid for, including: flights, hotel, food and transportation.

  • For specific rapid response teams/crisis intervention after a collective trauma, pro-bono services is available case-by-case. Please inquire.

Sliding Scale Options

Depending on the current situation and Kelly's capacity at the time, she does offer discounted or sliding scale services. If you are in need of lower fees, please request this and Kelly can let you know if it is available. Kelly also donates her time and money to respond to human and man-made disasters/crises. If you want Kelly to partner in this way, please reach out.
